About Cynthia Crawford

After more than two decades in the medical field, Cynthia followed her lifelong love of the water to Florida’s Gulf Coast.

 Drawn by breathtaking sunsets, powder-soft beaches, and the charm of island living, she quickly discovered that real estate was a natural extension of her passion for people, homes, and the coastal lifestyle.

Before relocating to Florida, Cynthia launched her real estate career in Charleston, specializing in the coastal communities of Kiawah Island and Seabrook Island. Her extensive background in medical sales and marketing shaped her client-first approach, impeccable attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills, qualities that continue to distinguish her in today’s luxury real estate market.

Cynthia brings firsthand experience to every transaction, having personally remodeled and sold multiple investment properties alongside her husband, Chip Crawford, owner and CEO of Safety Harbor Builders on Boca Grande. Her insight into construction, design, and value enhancement provides a unique advantage to both buyers and sellers.

Cynthia attended the University of Kentucky, where she pursued studies in Biology and Spanish, further strengthening her communication skills through bilingual proficiency.
Known for her warmth, integrity, and sharp negotiating skills, Cynthia is deeply committed to helping clients achieve not only financial success, but also the lifestyle they envision. When she’s not working with clients, Cynthia and Chip can often be found exploring the surrounding waterways with their two Labradors, Finn and Shelby.
